Our Promise to You

Six Ways We've Earned Your Trust Since 1972

Decades of vacuum expertise — and the same Main Street workbench your neighbors trust.

1

Family-Owned & Independent

Family-owned in Avon since 1972. We help customers compare products, maintenance needs and repair options at our Main Street shop.

2

In-House Repair

We repair all vacuum brands at our Avon shop. Call or use the repair check-in before visiting to save time at drop-off.

3

Authorized Miele & SEBO Dealer · Central Vacuum Sales & Service

Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by model, purchase and registration requirements. We explain the applicable Miele or SEBO terms, help identify genuine replacement parts, and provide support from technicians who know these machines. Browse Miele, SEBO, and VacuMaid.

4

Maintenance Guidance

Maintenance needs vary by model and use. We can explain the applicable bag, filter, brush and service guidance for your machine.

5

Central Vacuum Project Review

We handle central vacuum installation and repair requests. Send the address, system brand and project details so we can confirm current in-home availability.

6

Repair and Replacement Guidance

We assess the machine's condition, parts availability and repair options, then explain the practical repair or replacement paths.
