These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of avonvacuums.com and any products or services provided by Avon Vacuums LLC ("Avon Vacuums," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 12 West Main Street, Avon, CT 06001. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Avon Vacuums LLC is a family-owned business operating since 1972 from Avon, Connecticut. We sell vacuum cleaners, parts, accessories, and central vacuum systems both online and from our retail showroom. We're authorized dealers for Miele and SEBO, and we sell, service, and install VacuMaid central vacuum systems.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order on our Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You can shop without creating an account, but creating one makes order tracking and re-ordering easier. If you create an account, you agree to:

• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized account activity
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We make every effort to display product information, photos, and pricing accurately, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities of any product
• Discontinue products at any time
• Correct pricing or description errors and cancel orders affected by them (with a full refund)
• Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance, and we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers.

Once we accept your order, we'll send a confirmation email. Acceptance does not occur until you receive that confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Briefly: 30-day window for unopened, factory-sealed items; we assist with manufacturer warranty claims for opened items.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and the Avon Vacuums name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Brand names and product images of Miele, SEBO, VacuMaid, and other manufacturers are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:
