We repair all vacuum brands. Bring your machine to our shop on West Main Street in Avon and it goes to our own repair bench, right in the store. We service what we sell, and vacuums we didn't sell, too. Before we do any work, we call you with what we found and what we recommend. You decide.   2. We diagnose it and call you. Your vacuum goes on our bench. We call you with what we found and the recommended next step.
  3. You approve. We start the work only after you say yes.

Authorized Miele and SEBO service

Repair or replace: an honest answer

Is it worth repairing a vacuum cleaner? That depends on the machine and what's wrong with it. A worn belt or a clogged hose is a different job from a failed motor. If a repair doesn't make sense, we explain why and show you replacement options.

Where we work

Our shop is at 12 West Main Street in Avon, and our repair bench is right there in the store. You can bring us a vacuum, a central vac hose or a powerhead from anywhere. If you have a removable central vacuum power unit, call first before you disconnect it. In-home central vacuum visits cover all of Connecticut.
