How It Works

Drop It Off. We Diagnose. We Call You.

Walk in any time during showroom hours — no appointment needed. We'll tag your machine, run it on the bench, and call you back to talk through what we find. Every situation is different, so we'd rather see the machine before quoting anything.

Once you give the okay, we get to work. Timelines depend on the specific machine and parts availability — we'll give you a realistic timeline once we've looked at it.

Want to speed up drop-off? Pre-fill your repair tag online before you come in — about two minutes, and we'll have it ready when you walk in.

Factory-Trained for Miele & SEBO

We're listed in both Miele and SEBO's authorized dealer and service directories — which means warranty work happens in-house, not shipped to a regional depot, and we have access to genuine factory parts you won't find at most repair shops.

For SEBO we keep a full parts inventory for the Automatic X-Series, Airbelt D & E canisters, Felix uprights, and the Balance A1 cordless. SEBO motors typically run 12–15 years with routine service.

For Miele we service the full lineup — Guard L1 & M1, Triflex HX1 & HX2, Blizzard CX1, Boost CX1, Complete C2 & C3, Classic C1, Compact, and Dynamic U1 — including SEB powerhead motors, AllTeQ floorheads, cord rewind, hose replacement, HEPA AirClean filters, and Triflex battery replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

Do you only service vacuums you sold?
No — we work on virtually every brand sold in the U.S. Where you bought it doesn't matter. Bring it in any time during showroom hours.
Do I need an appointment to drop off a vacuum?
No — walk in any time during showroom hours and we'll tag your machine and give you a call.
Should I bring the hose and attachments?
Bring the hose, wand, and powerhead — those are common spots for issues to hide, and we can't diagnose what we can't see. Smaller accessories like crevice tools, dusting brushes, and upholstery attachments can stay home unless they're part of the problem.
Will you call me before doing the work?
Always. We diagnose every machine on the bench and call you back to talk it through — no work begins without your approval.
What if my vacuum can't be repaired?
Some machines aren't worth fixing — we'll tell you straight if that's the case. If yours can't be repaired, we'll give you a credit toward a new vacuum from us. We sell every brand we service.
Are you actually authorized by Miele and SEBO?
Yes — we're listed in both manufacturers' authorized dealer/service directories. Warranty work happens in-house and we have access to genuine factory parts.
Is it worth repairing a vacuum that's 10+ years old?
Often yes. Miele, SEBO, Riccar, Simplicity, Kirby, and central vacuum systems are designed for 20-year service life. For mainstream brands it depends on the specific machine — we'll give you an honest answer either way.
My vacuum smells like burning rubber — should I worry?
It's usually a slipping belt or a brushroll jammed with hair or string. Stop using the vacuum and bring it in — running it that way can damage the motor.
Do you carry hard-to-find bags and filters?
Yes — we stock bags, belts, and filters for vacuums going back decades. If we don't have it on the shelf we can usually order it within a few days. Call ahead with your model number and we'll check.
