Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a full refund, the following criteria must be met:

· Condition: The vacuum cleaner or package must be unopened, unused, and in its original factory-sealed packaging.

· Original State: All tags, manuals, and accessories must remain inside the sealed box.

· Opened Items: Please note that once the factory seal is broken or the box is opened, the item is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

2. Shipping & Costs

· Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our facility.

· Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Avon Vacuums is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Authorization: Once we verify the purchase, we will authorize the return.
