What SEBO's standard warranty covers

What is not covered
The Warranty Bonus doesn't cover typical wear and tear, washed filters or reused bags. It doesn't apply to SEBO vacuums bought from third-party websites such as Amazon, Walmart.com and eBay.
Which models qualify
Ask us before you buy and we'll confirm whether your model qualifies. The bonus does not apply to power heads bought on their own, the CE12 or the BALANCE A1.
Service after the sale
We provide authorized SEBO service on our own repair bench in Avon. We also ship across the U.S. Outside Connecticut, warranty repairs are done by SEBO America or an authorized SEBO dealer; the Dealer Locator at sebo.us finds one near you.

Does the bonus apply if I bought my SEBO on a marketplace site?
No. SEBO vacuums bought from third-party websites such as Amazon, Walmart.com and eBay are not covered by the Warranty Bonus.
Are filters and bags covered?
No. Washed filters, reused bags and typical wear and tear are not covered.
Where do I get the dealer code?
From us. We give it to you when you buy a qualifying SEBO from Avon Vacuums.
