Bag and filter subscriptions

Some bags, filters and care packs can be bought as a subscription. On the product page you choose how often the order repeats: every month, every 3 months or every 6 months, depending on the product. Each delivery is charged to the payment method you used at checkout when that delivery is processed. Shipping for each delivery follows our Shipping Policy.

Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel a subscription at any time before the next delivery is processed. Use the link in your order confirmation email to manage it, or call (860) 678-0011 or email info@avonvacuums.com and we'll do it for you. Cancelling stops future deliveries; it doesn't refund a delivery that has already shipped.

Returns

Each delivery is covered by our Refund Policy, the same as a one-time order.
