Brush rollers are the tires of a vacuum powerhead: they are where the work happens, and they wear because the work happens. This genuine SEBO roller, part 5010AM, is the standard replacement for the ET-1 powerhead as used across the X1, X4 and X7, G1 and G4, FELIX and DART, SOFTCASE, K3, E3 and D4 lines. Fresh bristles restore the groom-and-lift the head had when it was new.

How do I know the roller is worn?
Faded groom lines in carpet, splayed or shortened bristles, or a head that skates rather than bites.
Can I just clean the old roller?
Clearing hair and thread helps and should happen regularly, but bristles do not grow back. Cleaning is maintenance; this part is renewal.
Is there a softer version?
Yes, the 5010GE soft-bristle roller, for delicate rugs on the same ET-1 head.
