Part 8310 is the complete handle and hose for two SEBO canisters, the AIRBELT E1 Kombi (machine 91602AM) and E2 Turbo (91620AM), in gray black/silver. It is one assembly: hose and handle together.
A handle with no controls, by design
SEBO says the E1 and E2 have hoses and telescopic tubes without power cords, so their suction-control knobs sit on the canister body rather than the handle. That tells you what to expect from this part: a plain, unpowered handle, not the dual-control type of the E3.
