What is the difference from the 51828AM?
The pre-motor filter here is a HEPA element; the rest of the contents match.
Does HEPA change how often I service?
No. Same rhythm: install filters and seal with the first bag, then run through the eight bags normally.
Will this quiet a dusty smell?
Combined with fresh bags, usually yes. If a smell survives a full service box, call us; something else is going on.
