The top shell over the AUTOMATIC X4's cleaning head comes in several colors, and 50783SE is the black one. Tagged model number: 9570AM.
Under the shell, the X4 head is more than plastic. SEBO says an electronic controller raises or lowers it to the right brush height for carpet or hard floor, and a sealing strip behind the brush channels airflow upward on hard floors to stop debris kicking back.
The listing names the X4. If your upright has a Boost Button on the power head it is an X4 Boost, so phone us before ordering.

Is this a full powerhead?
No, only the outer cover used on that powerhead assembly. Choose it when the cover or its attachment points are damaged.
Can I go by color alone?
Not quite. SEBO makes several covers in similar colors for models with different switch arrangements. Compare the exact reference and the mounting layout before fitting.
Which machine is it listed for?

What about the other X4 colors?
Each has its own number. The red one is the 50778SE, and the dark blue is the 5786AM.
