Description
Description
The Titan T500 is a cordless, bagged upright devoted to floor cleaning. Its removable battery, floating nozzle and bare-floor squeegee suit someone who wants a conventional upright cleaning path without moving a power cord from room to room. It has no onboard hose-and-tool set, so furniture, shelves and small stair corners need a separate cleaning tool or vacuum.
At a glance
| Power | Removable rechargeable battery |
|---|---|
| Collection | Disposable HEPA media bag |
| Nozzle height | Floating, self-adjusting |
| Handling | Carry handle and flat-reclining body |
| Floor features | Headlight and bare-floor squeegee |
| Replacement bag / belt | SLHC-6 / ULW-B2 |
| Above-floor hose | Not included |
Included equipment
- T500 floor-cleaning upright, handle and nozzle.
- Removable battery and matching charger.
- Collection bag and the supplied floor-cleaning components.
Floor fit and operation
Recline the handle for normal floor cleaning; lower it farther for suitable furniture clearance. The floating nozzle follows the surface rather than using a numbered height dial. The squeegee helps gather debris from compatible bare floors, but it is not a brush-off control. Check delicate rug and floor care instructions before using a rotating roller.
Use the power control to start and stop the upright, and keep the nozzle moving over the floor. The carry handle provides a separate grip for transporting it between levels. This floor-only layout keeps the cleaning routine straightforward, but does not convert into a handheld or hose vacuum.
Charging and reading the battery
The battery can charge while installed on the back of the vacuum or after removal. Connect the supplied charger to its charge point. The charger light shows red during charging and green when fully charged.
Press the battery button to check charge. The manual shows four green lights plus one red light at full charge; the green lights disappear as energy is used. A remaining red light means the battery is nearing empty, rather than indicating a full charge. Plan charging around the actual rooms and floor resistance instead of assuming a fixed session length.
Bag changes and brush maintenance
Use the SLHC-6 genuine HEPA media bag reference in the T500 manual and the ULW-B2 belt when replacement is needed. Open the outer bag compartment, remove the disposable bag by its collar and fit the replacement securely. Never run the upright without a collection bag.
Disconnect the battery before clearing the brush area or inspecting the belt. Remove wrapped thread and hair from the roller and check the air path when pickup falls. Store the vacuum and charger in a dry location, and avoid stretching the charger cable or pulling on its connector. A worn battery can be replaced separately from the rest of the vacuum.
Warranty and service
The Titan manual lists a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for household use. Normal wear, maintenance and consumable replacements are excluded. Keep the sales receipt and model/serial details; warranty repairs follow the manufacturer’s authorized-service requirements.
