When the roller in your Triflex electrobrush is tired, this is the part you need, not a whole floorhead. Material number 11847213, a Carpet Care roller.
Roller only
It slides into your existing compatible electrobrush housing. If the housing itself is cracked, that is a separate part.
Triflex models
Triflex HX1, HX1 Facelift and HX2. For the later HX3 floorhead roller, see the 11936221 roller listing, which Miele lists for HX1 Facelift, HX2 and HX3.
Swapping it
- Switch the vacuum off before cleaning or changing the roller.
- Remove the old roller following the brush-head instructions.
- Refit the new roller in the same way.
When to change it
If bristles are worn short, or the roller no longer picks up on carpet the way it did, the roller is due. Clear hair and threads regularly to stretch its life.
Caring for the new roller
Cut loose threads with scissors rather than pulling them, which can bend bristles. Check the roller every few weeks if you have long hair or pets in the house; a clear roller turns more freely and keeps the motor from working harder than it should.
