The Genuine Miele Triflex HX1 brush roller power assembly (11936221) is the factory replacement powered roller brush for the Triflex HX1 cordless stick. The roller is the part doing the actual lifting on carpet — its bristles agitate fibers and pull embedded grit, pet hair, and dust up where suction can carry it away. When the bristles wear flat, the bearings start to drag, or hair has fused into the roller core, deep-cleaning performance drops noticeably even though suction feels the same.
Swapping in a fresh OEM roller restores the original carpet pickup Miele engineered the Triflex for. Direct-fit assembly, no tools needed for the swap on most units.
