The mid-size canister that kept the electric powerhead
An Airbelt E3 Premium is the compact that still has the good engine. It carries the same 12-inch ET-1 electric powerhead and parquet brush as the full-size D4, on an 11.4-pound body with a 0.92-gallon bag, a 25-foot cord and a 37-foot cleaning radius. For a two-story colonial with carpet in the bedrooms and wood everywhere else, it is the SEBO canister we sell most, and it comes in six colors, which matters more to some households than we expected.

Why we like it
- The ET-1 is the same 175-watt electric powerhead with four manual height settings that comes on the D4 and the Felix, so there is no carpet penalty for buying the smaller canister.
- An 11.4-pound body is light enough to carry up a flight of stairs by the handle with the wand in the other hand.
- Adjustable suction on the handle lets you back off for curtains and delicate rugs without changing tools.
- Thermal motor protection, S-class filtration and a 1200-watt motor rated at 120 CFM are the same fundamentals as the larger D series.
Think twice if
- If your house is large enough that you are hunting for outlets, the D4 has the same head on a 52-foot radius and a bag half again as big.
- If your floors are mostly wood with a few flat rugs, the E2 Turbo's air-driven rug head is enough and you will save money and a pound of powerhead.
- If you have to have the smallest body with an electric head, the K3 is lighter still, with a 0.8-gallon bag you will change more often.

Warranty, shipping and returns
We are a SEBO Medalist dealer, which changes the warranty on an E3. SEBO's standard residential coverage is 7 years motor, 5 years non-wear parts and 5 years labor; buy it from a Medalist dealer, register it with SEBO, and it becomes 10 years motor, 10 years non-wear parts and 7 years labor. Brush rollers, belts, bags and filters are wear items and sit outside the warranty. The E3 ships free to the contiguous U.S. as an order over $75, and most orders leave us within 2 to 3 business days. Factory-sealed and unused machines can be returned within 30 days, buyer paying return shipping; once it is opened, a defect is a SEBO warranty matter and we will walk it through with you.
Questions customers ask us
Is the E3 powerhead the same as the D4 powerhead?
Yes. Both ship with the 12-inch ET-1 electric powerhead, with its own 175-watt brush motor and four manual height settings.
How often will I change the bag?
The bag holds 0.92 gallon. In a house with a dog and mixed floors that tends to be every few weeks; in a tidy hard-floor house it can be a couple of months. The airflow drops noticeably when it is time.
Can it run without the powerhead attached?
Yes. Fit the parquet brush or a tool on the wand and the canister runs as a straight-suction machine.
Which colors are available to order?
White, graphite, red, pastel mint, pastel blue and pastel pink are all listed for online ordering. Shelf stock and fulfillment timing can differ by color, and some orders may ship directly from SEBO. Call us before ordering if you need same-day pickup or a confirmed ship date.
