Description
These are refill bags for the Signature Series upright. Three PureAir HEPA bags and one pre-motor filter come in the box. The V530 ships with an extra 3-pack of bags, so this is the refill once those are used.
What the bag does
A HEPA bag is the main filter on a bagged vacuum, and Kirby's PureAir design adds a seal that closes off the bag's opening when you pull it out, so what the vacuum picked up stays in the bag during the change. The collar slides into a shuttle inside the machine.

Fit
Made for the Signature Series V530 upright and listed by Kirby for that machine only. Part number S10001.
Changing it, step by step
Unplug the V530, pull the bag access button and lift off the door, then pull the shuttle release tab and pivot the shuttle down. Pull the seal tab to close the bag, slide it off the shuttle and throw it out. Slide the new collar into the shuttle, swing the shuttle up until it clicks, and shut the door. The door will not close with no bag fitted, which is a quick way to tell the bag is missing.
When should I change it?
When the machine's bag-full light comes on, or when you notice weaker pickup. Kirby does not publish a number of weeks or hours, because it depends on what you vacuum.
