The first thing to settle on a Complete C3 is whether yours is an electric-hose configuration at all. This hose, the SES131 GER/USA with material number 11567053, is made for C3 versions that run power through the hose to the handle.
How to know you need it
Look at the hose you have. Electrical connectors at the ends and an SES131 marking tell you this is the right family. A hose with plain cuffs and no connectors is a different part.
