Miele lists 12445500 as the successor to SG hose 10563760. If that older number is the one printed on your hose, this is the current reference.

Hose or clog?
Weak airflow has several causes. Run something through the hose, look into the inlet, and check both couplings and the seals. If all of that is clear and the hose has split or hardened, replacing it is the answer.
Cuffs can mislead
An electric hose may share cuff shapes with this one. Compare the ends and check whether your machine needs electrical contacts or handle controls; this hose has neither.
Reading the label
Miele's data sheet for this hose says only that it is for Guard M1 and L1. Check which of the two you own on the rating plate, and keep the older 10563760 number handy if your hose carries it; that makes the lookup a one-step job when you write to us. As an authorized Miele dealer we can order the matching genuine part if the stock on our shelf is not the one you need.
