Once a year, the IDEAL AP30 Pro and AP40 Pro ask for exactly one thing: this 360 degree cartridge, part AC1011. It stacks a fine prefilter, a HEPA filter and an activated-carbon layer into a single drum, so the coarse dust, the fine particles and the odors each meet the layer built for them. Put it on the same mental calendar as the furnace filter in the utility room, then forget about it until next year.

Which purifiers does the AC1011 fit?
The IDEAL AP30 PRO and AP40 PRO. The larger AP60/80 Pro and AP140 Pro machines take their own cartridges, so match the model on your unit's label before ordering.
How often does it really need changing?
About every 12 months in typical use. Wildfire smoke seasons, renovation dust or a houseful of pets can shorten that; the machine's own indicator is the better judge.
Do I replace the layers separately?
No. The prefilter, HEPA and carbon layers are built into one cartridge and retire together. That is the point of the design.
