The Miele Triflex HX1 Facelift in Lotus White (material number 11826970) is Miele's 3-in-1 cordless stick vacuum. Set the PowerUnit low for floor cleaning, high for reach under furniture, or use it on its own as a handheld. It comes with a MultiFloor XXL SEB 430 electrobrush, a removable battery and a wall mount.

How the three configurations work
With the PowerUnit low on the wand, the floorhead carries more of the motor unit's weight. With it at the top, the lower assembly can reach farther under furniture. Remove the long wand for compact handheld work. The self-standing pause position is for the PowerUnit-at-bottom configuration on a level surface; do not use it with the motor unit high on the wand.
Use the handle's slide control to select the suction level. Lower power can make the electrobrush easier to push on a rug. The supplied SEB 430 is the floorhead without BrilliantLight in this package.
Use the powered floorhead on surfaces approved for rotating brushes, and the small tools for furniture, baseboards and gaps. Check delicate rug and floor care instructions before choosing a roller and power level.
Runtime and charging
Miele's per-battery maximums are up to 60 minutes on low with the PowerUnit alone, 30 minutes on low with an electrical accessory, and 17 minutes on high with an electrical accessory. These are different test setups. Floor resistance, power level, filter condition and battery age all affect usable time.
The battery can be charged on or off the vacuum with the supplied power supply. A second battery is sold separately: the HX-LA lithium-ion battery.
Emptying, filters and roller care
Run the ComfortClean filter-cleaning rotation before opening the bin, then empty it before the MAX mark. For a deeper clean, remove the filters before washing the detached dust container with mild dish soap and water, and let the container dry fully before reassembly. The fine-dust filter and prefilter must stay dry; do not rinse or scrub the fine-dust filter.
The replaceable fine-dust filter is the HX-FSF-2. The manual calls for a thorough dry filter clean at least every three months and replacement of the fine-dust filter after about three years. "Lifetime" in the exhaust-filter name does not remove this separate fine-filter maintenance. Switch off and detach the powered brush before removing hair from its roller or cleaning the head.
Warranty and service
Miele currently lists a 2-year US limited warranty for this household model, subject to its terms. Keep the purchase receipt for a claim. Routine maintenance and normal wear are excluded; commercial use has separate terms.
