What this listing includes

This listing is the TCS4792 power unit with its collection assembly and required filter configuration. It is not a complete whole-home installation package. Hoses, powered carpet heads, floor brushes, wall inlets, pipework, low-voltage wiring and installation labor must be selected separately unless a specific written package includes them.

The floor-cleaning result depends on those attachments as well as the power unit. A powered carpet head requires a compatible electric hose and connection; a suction-only hard-floor tool uses a different cleaning action. Match the inlet type and hose length before ordering accessories.

Installation and everyday operation

The square-foot figure is a sizing guide, not a guarantee for every house of that size. Have the installer assess pipe length, bends, hose length, inlet placement and the existing electrical supply. Measure wall space and leave room to release the lower collection container or change the bag without moving the unit.

Connect the system’s low-voltage control wiring and piping according to the manual. The wall inlet and selected hose start and stop suction; handle switching depends on the hose type. The manual describes mounting and intake arrangements for this platform, including service access to the bag and filter. Do not permanently alter an inlet adaptor or glue a connection that is intended to release for maintenance.

Collection and filter care

In bagged use, switch off and unplug before releasing the receptacle, remove the full TDSAC91N bag and seat the new collar on the inlet adaptor. The disposable bag contains the dirt during removal; it must not be emptied and reused.

Bagless operation requires the manual’s inlet-adaptor conversion, not simply removing the collection bag. Retain the required permanent filter, empty the receptacle as needed and follow the filter-cleaning procedure. Any washed filter must dry completely before the unit returns to service.

Troubleshooting and service

If suction drops, check the receptacle or bag, filter, lid seal and accessible hose before assuming a motor problem. A fault at one wall inlet can point to that branch or its control connection; poor suction at every inlet calls for checking the common air path and power unit. Switch off before maintenance, and have electrical or motor faults assessed through the service process.

Use the system for normal dry household debris. Water, hot ash and abrasive construction dust are outside this cleaning task and can damage the equipment. Keep the exact unit model and installation details for future bags, filters and service.

Warranty for this power-unit family

The manual lists 10 years on motors and electrical components for TCS4792, plus a limited lifetime warranty on the unit canister while the original owner keeps it at the original installation. The warranty is for domestic use, is not transferable and excludes normal wear, consumables, transport and service-call charges. These are not ten years of unlimited in-home labor.
