What the remote does
The remote lets you change modes and set the 1-, 2-, 4- or 8-hour timer from across the room. Every model can still be run from its own controls, and the optional IDEAL Air PRO app offers additional settings over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
The remotes supplied with these purifiers use a CR2025 coin-cell battery. If an existing remote stops responding, try a fresh CR2025 battery first.

Is a lost remote covered by the purifier warranty?
No. The U.S. warranty excludes wearable items, and the remote control is one of them.
