Description
Description
The Dart is the Felix with the extras taken out. SEBO says so itself on its Dart page, listing what is missing: 180-degree steering, variable suction, adjustable handle height, a parquet brush in the box, and the automatic roller shut-off when you use the hose. What is left is the ET-1 head, a detachable suction unit, a 0.92-gallon bag and a 31-foot cord, in White.
Who it is for
People who want the ET-1 carpet head and a machine they can open up, but do not need steering, suction control or a handle that changes height. Fewer controls means fewer things to explain to the next person who picks it up. The head still has four manual heights and a green button that stops the roller for delicate rugs and bare floors. In the Dart the roller also stops when you lock the handle upright.
If you want the missing pieces
Swivel steering, variable suction and a parquet brush in the box all live on the Felix. If you like the Dart but want a hard-floor tool, the parquet brush is sold separately; it does not come in the box.
In the box
- Upright suction unit, detachable ET-1 electric floorhead and integrated hose
- Two onboard tools: crevice nozzle and dusting brush
- Bag, pre-motor filter and patterned S-class exhaust filter, installed

Taking it apart for the small jobs
Lift the head off and the Dart becomes a handheld for stairs, upholstery and the car. Carry it by the side handle. Do not assume it will stand up steadily without the head. The hose is built in; SEBO sells a 22-inch wand and a nine-foot extension hose separately, which brings the total to 15 feet. At 15.4 lb, try the machine in the configuration you will actually carry.
Parts and care
Bags are 7029AM. The pre-motor filter is the 7012AM, and the exhaust filter wrap is a working part, so match its pattern to your model. A window on the bag-housing lid turns orange for a full bag, a clog or a dirty microfilter, so fine dust can bring it on before the bag looks full. The roller pulls out without tools; unplug first. SEBO does not list a HEPA option for the Dart.
Warranty
Register your Dart online with SEBO under our dealer code, and an eligible household owner gets 10 years on motors, 10 years on non-wear parts and 7 years on labor. For the Dart, SEBO’s standard terms stop at 7 years on motors and 5 on non-wear parts and labor. The certificate SEBO issues is your proof, so keep it with the Dart receipt. Wear items, routine maintenance and commercial use on a Dart fall outside the household coverage.
Questions
Can I add HEPA?
