The Titan TCS7702 is the right-sized unit for the four-bedroom houses that make up most of the Farmington Valley: listed for 7,500 square feet, with 700 air watts, 138 CFM and 138.1 inches of water lift, a 5-gallon dirt capacity, hybrid bag-or-filter operation and a 58 dB sound rating.
